The Greatness Code

The Six Pillars of Greatness

By Scott Blaise

You know there is more within you. Give it a place in the world.

You can see the life you want. The harder part is bringing it into the decisions you make today. The Greatness Code connects inner practice with observable action, so your ambitions become something you can work with.

Through hypnosis, performance practice and personal reflection, Scott Blaise explores six pillars: Vision, Discipline, Adaptability, Execution, Courage and Belief. Energy supports the work; Impact and Legacy ask what it contributes beyond you.

Why I Wrote This Book

An excerpt from the revised and expanded edition.

You can know exactly what needs to change and still find yourself doing the same thing tomorrow.

That is the gap that compelled me to write The Greatness Code.

Perhaps you have felt it in the space between a plan and a postponed beginning. Perhaps you have felt it after a good week gives way to an old habit, or in the uncomfortable distance between the person others believe you are and the person you believe yourself to be. You may have worked hard, gathered information and made sincere promises. Yet when the familiar pressure returns, a familiar response returns with it.

I became interested in the pattern beneath that response. In my work as a hypnotherapist and behavioral coach, the question has never been only what a person wants. I also want to understand what happens inside them when they move toward it. What do they picture? What do they expect? What does their inner language permit, and what does it quietly forbid?

Those questions matter because a goal can be clear while the person pursuing it remains divided. One part reaches forward. Another part repeats a warning. A new possibility arrives, and an old identity decides what it means. The struggle can feel so personal that people begin to describe themselves as the problem.

I wanted to offer a more useful conversation.
